Ingredients

  1. Bullet9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed to room temperature

  2. Bullet6 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed (or use barbecued chicken cubed)

  3. Bullet1 cup barbecue sauce, divided

  4. Bullet1/2 small green pepper, cut in thin strips

  5. Bullet1/2 small red pepper, cut in thin strips

  6. Bullet1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

  7. Bullet1 small tomato, diced

  8. Bullet1 cup grated mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. BulletCook chicken in 1/2 cup barbecue sauce until no longer pink.  Set aside.

  2. BulletSpray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. BulletCombine rolls together and roll into a 13-inch circle.

  4. BulletPlace on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan.  Build up edges slightly.

  5. BulletPoke crust several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming.

  6. BulletGrill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

  7. BulletRemove from grill. Spread with remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.

  8. BulletTop with chicken mixture, peppers, mushrooms and tomato.

  9. BulletSprinkle with cheese. Grill, covered, 5-10 minutes longer or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
