A new twist on tacos, try our easy to make Baked Tacos. Bake up a bunch, you'll need them simply delicious.


Prep Time: 30 min (Not including thaw time)

Bake Time: 25 min

Skill Level: Beginning

Servings: 4-6


Ingredients

  1. Bullet6 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature

  2. Bullet1 pound lean ground beef

  3. Bullet2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix

  4. Bullet4 ounce can diced green chilies

  5. Bullet1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  6. Bulletsalsa

  7. Bulletshredded lettuce

  8. Bulletchopped tomatoes


Instructions

  1. BulletSpray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. BulletCombine rolls together and roll into an 11x8-inch rectangle.

  3. BulletCover with plastic wrap and let rest 10-15 minutes.

  4. BulletPlace ground beef in a skillet and cook completely.

  5. BulletDrain well.

  6. BulletAdd taco seasoning and green chilies to meat and simmer 5 minutes.

  7. BulletRemove wrap from dough.

  8. BulletPlace dough in a sprayed 10x7-inch baking pan to cover bottom and at least 1-inch up the sides.

  9. BulletPoke several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming and bake at 350°F 5-7 minutes.

  10. BulletRemove from oven and fill with meat mixture.

  11. BulletSprinkle with cheese.

  12. BulletPlace back in oven and cook an additional 15-20 minutes.

  13. BulletSprinkle with salsa, lettuce and tomatoes to serve.
